Collaborated with major clients like Sprint and TEKsystems to create customized user-centered digital experiences.
Problem
In many cases, I've helped clients resolve design and flow problems with their internal Salesforce customizations or their AppExchange Apps. I worked on Salesforce projects in the era of Lightning Design System maturation and adoption, so many clients wanted to update their experiences to reflect the new platform UI delivered by Salesforce. This allowed many clients to also enhance their experiences in addition to translating into the SLDS.
Outcomes
Working with clients from discovery to dev handoff, I brought quick value through rapid prototyping within Salesforce or using a design tool like Sketch or Figma. I helped quicken their time to market and reduce refactor needs, as well as early design validation prior to dev starting to code.
