I've helped design many Fintech products throughout the years.
Problem
There is a market for all kinds of financial products. That market includes higher risk segments who have a need for emergency borrowing and debt resolution.
Outcomes
Through design thinking, information architecture, rapid prototyping, and delivery, I've been able to positively impact customers within the riskier segment of the financial products space. Making applications easier and more accessible, to creating unique wizard experiences that intelligently negotiate debt resolutions directly with the customer for a more comfortable and easy to understand experience.
